Available Positions:
1. Welder:
The Welder position is suitable for candidates experienced in steel, aluminum, and marine structure welding. Applicants should be capable of reading technical drawings and operating various welding equipment safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Weld steel, aluminum, and marine structures
- Read blueprints and technical documents
- Operate and maintain welding equipment
- Follow welding procedures and quality standards
- Maintain accurate project records
- Ensure a safe and clean work environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- AWS certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of welding experience
- Marine or offshore welding experience preferred
- Skilled in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Strong attention to safety and quality
2. Mechanic:
This position is ideal for professionals experienced in diesel engines, pumps, compressors, hydraulic systems, and industrial equipment maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair marine engines
- Overhaul pumps, compressors, and valves
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
- Support dry dock projects and PMS records
- Repair hydraulic equipment and valves
- Train junior workshop personnel
Requirements:
- Diesel Mechanic apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic or Marine Engineer
- Ability to read English service manuals
- Plant and machinery overhaul experience
- Strong troubleshooting and testing skills
- Good understanding of safety procedures
3. Mechanic Foreman:
The Mechanic Foreman role is designed for experienced professionals who can lead workshop teams and oversee maintenance projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise marine engine maintenance activities
- Overhaul engines, pumps, compressors, and valves
- Diagnose equipment failures
- Maintain PMS and AMOS records
- Support dry dock planning and execution
- Train and supervise workshop staff
Requirements:
- Diesel Mechanic apprenticeship or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of marine engineering or diesel mechanic experience
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Plant and machinery overhaul expertise
- Excellent troubleshooting capabilities
- Strong safety awareness and compliance knowledge
4. A/C Technician:
Candidates with HVAC installation and maintenance experience are encouraged to apply for this role.
